Google Classroom

St Luke’s Home Learning provision will increasingly be on Google Classroom as this provides a level of interactivity, the capacity to upload work and to mark and feedback on work which we believe will be of great benefit to our students.

We realise that Google Classroom will be a new way of working for some of our students (and staff!), though some are already familiar with it, so have written a guide for students that shows them how to sign up, take part in lessons and upload work. Click here

It is also possible for students to use the Google Classroom App on their phone, instead of a desktop computer or laptop, to complete work. Click here for a guide on how to use the App.

We have also written a guide for parents which can be accessed here: Click here

Should your child forget or use the incorrect password, these can be reset by emailing Please include the student’s full name and school in the email.

To support students, during the scheduled time of every lesson there will be a teacher available to receive any questions via email to help students with their learning. The emails for each subject can be found below. If a student wishes to access this support then they will need to email during the scheduled lesson time making sure that they state which year group they are in. If they wish to email outside the scheduled lesson time then they should email their specific class teacher, however, the response time will not be as quick as if they were to email during the scheduled lesson time. Students will also be able to use their Knowledge Organisers to support them with the completion of tasks.
