Our Trust of Schools

Our Chaplains

Our school chaplains are volunteers who play a really important role in supporting students to explore, experience and be equipped to live life to the full. A number of our chaplains are leaders from local churches and we are really grateful to them for volunteering their time to support St Luke’s students and staff.

Our chaplains support students in a variety of ways including:

  • Mentoring individual students.
  • Contributing to assemblies and moments of collective worship.
  • Leading groups at breaktimes or after school, such as a year 7 friendship club.

We want the students in our care to feel that they are all highly valued and equally special children of God.

Our current chaplains are:

  • Dan O’Hara

    (St Boniface Church Whipton)

  • Hannah Richards

    (City Community Church)

  • Jon Hancock

    (Belmont Chapel)

  • Doug Owen
